A) Athletic Teams that have Individual Recognition through voting. The individual must accomplish item One and 3 of the 5 categories in item Two. 1) Team must finish in the Final Four or Higher 2) Individual Recognition in the following newspapers a) 1st All State Champaign News Gazette b) 1st Team All State Chicago Tribune c) 1st Team All State Chicago Sun Times d) Player of the Year Northwest Herald e) Player of the Year Daily Herald B) Athletic Teams that have Individual Recognition through competition in the IHSA State Series. 1) Must Medal in 4th Place or Higher
